Lighthouse Congregation

A Lighthouse Congregation is a congregation who commits to not disaffiliate from the United Methodist Church, is a welcoming place for those who want to

remain United Methodist but their churches have disaffiliated and is being referred by the conference to those seeking to remain United Methodist.

The Church Council of Ardmore UMC unanimously voted to become a Lighthouse Congregation in May of 2023.
